使用步驟

  1. Drop Your PDF: Drag any PDF in. The tool shows page thumbnails. Multi-page documents supported.
  2. Place Text Boxes: Click on any page where you want to add text. A text box appears. Drag to move, resize with corner handles. Add as many text boxes per page as needed.
  3. Customize: Type your text. Choose font (5+ system fonts), size, color, alignment, background (transparent or filled). Add date/timestamp variables if needed.
  4. Save: Click 'Save'. The text is embedded as a flattened layer on each page. Original PDF content is preserved underneath. Output downloads with all annotations intact.

Will my original PDF content be modified?

No. Our tool adds your text on top of the original content without modifying it. The text layer is embedded at your chosen position over the existing PDF. For some operations (whiteout + rewrite), the underlying text is removed first, then new text added.
