Upload Multi-Sheet Workbook: Drag your .xlsx file in. The tool lists all sheets — drag to reorder, exclude some, or process all.
Pick Sheet Order: By default, sheets are converted in workbook order. Reorder by drag-and-drop if you need a specific sequence (e.g. Summary first, then detailed sheets).
Page Setup: Configure page size, orientation, fit-to-page, header/footer text (e.g. 'Confidential - Sheet Name - Page X').

Can I convert all Excel sheets to one PDF?

Yes — our Excel to PDF tool processes all sheets (or your selected subset) and combines them into a single PDF file. Each sheet becomes a separate page or set of pages. Sheet names are preserved as page footers for easy navigation.

How do I control which sheets are converted?

After upload, the tool shows all sheets in the workbook. Uncheck sheets you don't want in the PDF. Reorder by drag-and-drop if you want a custom sequence (e.g. cover sheet first, then summary, then details).

Will my Excel data be uploaded?

No. SheetJS processes the .xlsx in your browser. Multi-sheet workbooks with sensitive data (financial models, customer lists, salary tables) stay local throughout.

Can I add a cover page or table of contents?

Not directly — but you can use PDF Merge to add a separate cover/TOC PDF after conversion. Workflow: Excel to PDF → add cover → final PDF with cover + Excel sheets.

How are large sheets handled?

Each sheet can span multiple PDF pages depending on content. By default, we use Excel's print area (if set) to determine pagination. For auto-paginated sheets, we split into pages based on your page size and orientation settings.
