No. The entire conversion runs in your browser using PDF.js. Your file never leaves your device — you can disconnect from the internet after the page loads and the tool will still work fully offline.
PNG (lossless, best for screenshots and text), JPG (smaller file size, best for photo-heavy PDFs), and WebP (modern format, good quality at smaller sizes). Choose the format that best fits your use case.
72 DPI for quick previews, 150 DPI for standard quality, 300 DPI for print-ready images. Higher DPI means larger image files but better quality.
Currently the tool converts all pages. Each page becomes a separate image file. If you only need certain pages, consider using our PDF Split tool first.
You'll be prompted for the password. Decryption happens locally in your browser and the password is never sent to any server. After unlocking, the conversion proceeds normally.
The tool provides a 'Download All as ZIP' button that bundles every converted image into a single ZIP archive. Individual page downloads are also available.
